Please note this item has a rustic finish. Imperfections are not considered a fault - this is part of the beauty and nature of hand finished items.
Something that jumps out at us straight away with this 2 Bird Leaf Bird Bath, is how tastefully restrained its aesthetic is. There’s a lot of depth to it - the basin takes the shape of a slightly unruly leaf with ribbing in various sizes going through the sculpture for texture and visual interest. A pair of exquisitely detailed birds perch on one edge, doing their own thing.
We’d recommend using this as a water vessel in the garden for live birds or even as a fruit holder indoors - it does all of these jobs equally well. At 31x19x9.5cm, it has plenty of room to catch rain and works great as a standalone display by itself too!
The colouration on this particular piece really gives off an ancient Greek garden vibe but retains enough neutrality that it can go into just about any outdoor space without clashing too much with existing pieces (if any). The cement construction comes with some naturally occurring quirks and imperfections – but they add character to the whole affair – we think you’d rather like this one!
