What sort of jewellery do you stock, and what kind of shops does it usually suit?
Our jewellery covers everything from pretty bohemian necklaces, earrings, and bracelets to more classic designs like pearls and gemstones. There are plenty of earth-tone pieces and hammered finishes if your shop has a bit more of a natural, coastal, or relaxed feel - as well as elegant sets for customers looking for dressier options. We’ve found they work well in boutiques, homewares stores, and as an add-on range in cafes or lifestyle shops.
What are the price points like on your jewellery?
Our prices tend to hover around mid-range for fashion jewellery - they’re approachable but still good quality and make brilliant gifts. Shoppers don’t need to spend a fortune to take home something that feels special or have it presented nicely. They’ll get that ‘treat yourself’ or ‘treat someone else’ vibe without feeling like it’s costume jewellery.
Can you tell us about who usually buys your jewellery in retail shops?
It really depends on the location but we see a mix of gifting and self-purchase. They’re mostly bought by people 25-60+ so we try to offer that broad appeal with both on-trend styles and timeless ones. You’ll find lots of Australian towns have visitors popping into shops for a souvenir or that perfect gift on holiday - so we offer plenty of pieces that catch the light, look lovely laid out on wood or marble trays, and feel giftable.
What makes your jewellery stand out? Is there anything different about the way it’s made?
Some of our range is hand-made in Australia by skilled jewellers so you really get those unique quirks here and there. That said, every piece is beautifully finished so there are no rough edges or cheap looking details on them at all - we pay close attention to detail with things like the fit of clasps or how fine chains are. We also have a couple of lines with natural stones sourced from across the world (with proper ethical checks done) which adds an earthy appeal.
Does your jewellery come in sets?
Yes - we have quite a few gorgeous necklace-and-earring sets as well as bracelet-and-earring gift boxes that cover things like semi-precious stones, pearls, resin beads, silver tones, gold tones…all sorts really! And they’re actually packed up in little display boxes too so they make easy gifts if someone comes in last-minute.
How should we display these? Are there things we should avoid putting them near?
We find everything looks its best when it has room to shine! They come in little boxes but they also look great draped around ceramic dishes, perched atop neutral textiles or next to scent diffusers and hand lotions. Try pairing gemstone pieces with green plants (even faux ones) or beachy finds with pale pottery for a cohesive vibe. Just don’t let oils spill onto the packaging as it can stain – otherwise you’re good!
Do you provide display units or POS stands for these products?
We don’t offer displays or fixtures with our jewellery but the packaging itself fits neatly into most trays or baskets you probably already use for small items like candles and trinkets. You’ll find grouping similar colours/styles together works best – it lets customers see at-a-glance what they’re after.
Is there anything special we should know about cleaning your jewellery before selling?
Our pieces are all individually boxed before shipping but if anything comes out needing a little freshen up (especially silver), just buff gently with a microfibre cloth meant for glasses – don’t use any harsh chemicals on plated metals though! It’s honestly not needed anyway; everything gets checked before heading out from our warehouse.
Do you stock children’s jewellery too?
Not at this stage – we focus on adult gifting although some people do buy smaller bracelets/necklaces for tweens and teens (or themselves!). Just check weights/sizes if your customer is particularly petite.
