Bird Jiggle Spike

Alright, here's a piece we think every homewares and giftware retailer should have a look at - our Bird Jiggle Spike. There’s just something about it. It sits at 10.5x7x26.5cm - not exactly small, but not so big that it gets in the way either. It’s made from porcelain too, which feels solid and gives it a bit of a premium touch compared to the plastic decor pieces floating around.

The actual design stands out too. That bird on top is pretty adorable, and as you might imagine, if you nudge it or tap the shelf a bit, it actually jiggles around too! The spike is pretty wiggly as well, so it almost looks like the bird is bobbing up and down on its own - you can see how that would catch your customers’ attention instantly.

We’ve found that it fits right in with most decor styles, but especially does well amongst botanical-themed settings or nature-inspired collections. Even in an office space or as shelf decor in a reading nook, it adds that little bit of fun and visual interest that lifts up the area’s mood just a smidge. Oh and while we’re on the topic of reading nooks, we have seen these also do well amongst bookshop retailers.

Your customers will love them if they enjoy having little trinkets to brighten up their living spaces. We really think you could get creative with how you style these pieces in-store - maybe next to small potted plants? The contrast between the green leaves and the blue-white-black of this porcelain bird would be striking.

This piece has quickly become one of our favourites because it works so well even in areas that aren’t really going for any particular theme or look. Easy to place, easy to sell too!
