We’re always on the lookout for that ‘it’ item - the sweet spot between quirky charm and classic home styling. And these Birds S/2 Golden really do tick all the boxes. At 10.5x6x6.5cm apiece, you know they won’t take up loads of display space, but for their size, these two birds add a lot more character than you might expect. We think it’s their personality-packed faces - there’s a real vintage vibe about them - and the slightly rustic finish. The light-catching golden feathering is subtle too.
We love how they’re really grounded in the natural world, but just decorative enough to work with a lot of modern Australian interiors - urban or regional. The resin’s robust, which means they’ll sit well in plant shops, homeware stores, or anywhere that needs a birdy little pick-me-up. But our favourite thing? Their innate sense of calm - they’ve got personality, but won’t ever overpower a room.
