One of our favourite pieces in the collection - and we know your customers will love it as much as we do. Inspired by the bee motif that’s popping up everywhere, this Clock Bee 60cm Engraved/Glass piece is one of those homewares that stops people in their tracks. We’ve already had several buyers comment on how different it looks. It’s crafted in high quality MDF, an easy-care material that wears well, with a glass overlay and engraved finishes for a surprisingly textured effect. There’s subtle gold and ochre throughout the face, a regal bee and crown design, classic oversized numerals, and – perhaps best of all – zero ticking sounds at all.
We think this is perfect for almost every room. Some of us are using it in home offices (where the silent operation is a bonus), but also have them hanging over dining tables or near front entrances. It’s subtle enough to mesh with bohemian looks – those bee details work really well with macrame wall hangings – but elegant enough for Hamptons-influenced spaces too.
It measures 60x60x5.5cm so there’s plenty of room on its face to read those numbers from across the room. Most important detail - please only use high quality batteries for best timekeeping accuracy!
