Our Ocean Animals coaster set is definitely a conversation starter. It's so lovely to see how people are still drawn to ocean life - there's something about the deep blue and gentle curves of these designs that just invites you in. Maybe it reminds people of holidays gone by, or it's just a nice break from all the sameness out there. They really suit people who love all things nautical but are looking for something more subtle. And because they're ceramic, they instantly feel luxurious - it's not just another coaster.
You can sort of feel the relaxation when you're holding one of these coasters - and our retailers have told us they sell really well to people looking for gifts or wanting to redo their living area. At 9.5x9.5cm, they're easy to use as small platters too, doubling up as decor plates on a sideboard or work desk or even as wall hangings in bathrooms, they're versatile and fun without being childish. The packaging is not classed as gift boxed and cannot be claimed if damaged, but we've found that many customers love them for their design and function anyway.
