Coasters S/4 William Morris
SKU: HE4397-1
Vibrant is the first word that comes to mind when looking at this set. These are inspired by William Morris, and they’re anything but your everyday coasters - what with that bold blue-green palette and the white swans and irises. They’re porcelain too, so they’ve got a bit of weight behind them without being unmanageable, so they work as both display pieces for those who want to show them off and just coasters for those who want to protect their surfaces in style.

A handcrafted item, variations in decal placement will occur. This is part of the product we do not classify as a defect
It’s easy to see why the William Morris influence stands out so much when you line up the four designs in this set together. And they’re handmade, too, which shows in the little placement differences of some of the features. It's part of what makes them so special. We’re talking a size just right for drinks at 10x10cm and pretty generous at 7mm thick for a durable porcelain construction.
The two swan designs - white swans facing each other between green reeds, by the way - pop just a little more because of their symmetry, but it really is the irises that take our breath away. High-contrast teal blue with white and cream accents among that bold yellow is what makes these William Morris coasters so unique.
And if you mix these into your product display with our other similar coasters, you get a series that covers most themes and colour combinations. Of course, you can mix and match how you arrange them - it always looks great.
