Cup Island Blue
We get so many requests for mugs that have a lovely, classic shape and an inviting design, and we think the Cup Island Blue fits that bill. This one has a gentle blue botanical leaf pattern on the outside and a beautiful soft blue on the inside, with a gold rim to add some subtle class - we find cups like this are great because they catch the eye in displays and make shoppers want to pick them up. They’re porcelain, 13.5x10.5x7.5cm, easy to stack, and feel nice in the hand - really, it’s hard to go wrong here if you want a staple mug that’s going to move quickly!

A handcrafted item, variations in decal placement will occur. This is part of the product we do not classify as a defect
Customers have started to find the Cup Island Blue brings a fair bit of timeless sophistication wherever it goes, particularly around home setups. It’s a great choice for modern homes, old world spaces, Hamptons and coastal styling too. Of course, part of its success lies in that classic blue botanical theme on creamy backgrounds but it’s the metallic band that really delivers the wow factor. Onlookers can’t seem to tell where traditional ends and contemporary elegance begins.
More than anything else, we’re finding that consumers want versatile everyday products. Durability, plenty of surface area (13.5x10.5x7.5cm), weight - these are all increasingly important features for mugs and cups like our Cup Island Blue.
And porcelain makes for such a reliable addition to collections with its inherent durability and distinct finish. We do want to point out though, being handcrafted does mean there’ll be slight variations but nothing dramatic enough for defects or missed sales opportunities for you.
