It’s sometimes hard to describe why the right frame for a photograph can make it ten times more cherished, but this border double rim piece just… gets it. We’ve found that something about the slightly oversized (for a 5 x 7 print) border feels more contemporary without losing the seriousness of an elegant gold-accented glass frame. It’s made from iron, enamel and glass, so there is that nice combination of a warm white in the centre with gold around both edges - and no matter which way you stand it (portrait or landscape), customers have pointed out that they like how fresh but not ‘trendy’ this style is.
And that size (15.5 x 20.5 x 1.5 cm) - works well on small shelves or tables without taking up too much space. Frames like these make great gift stock during peak holidays and gifting seasons too; if your store does seasonal sales, this is definitely one of those timeless pieces that will likely appeal year round.
