This frame from Lavida features a slightly raised ribbed linear pattern that is almost merging with the base giving the feeling of depth to the picture. The frame has been crafted expertly from wood that has been given a shabby chic finish much in keeping with modern day styles that have remained popular for quite some time. The very cottage and country side appeal also comes from the fact that the design is frill free and very basic - the kind that takes the attention back to the picture and not on the frame. The design is such that the frame could be most suitable for portraits of for pictures of the kids in the family. Its simplicity really becomes its major highlight as does its ability to merge with any kind of décor which is why it could also be used on walls to create larger collages.
