Framed Canvas Black Cockatoo
SKU: AL2412-2
Did you know that in some Australian folklore, the presence of the black coloured, red-tailed cockatoo is interpreted to mean that rainy season is fast approaching? This shows just how much parrots have co-existed with us and even occupying important roles such as ancient weather forecasting. It is based on this that our artists derived the inspiration for this compelling painting of a deep blue cockatoo parrot that would be a lovely décor item.

Cockatoos are about the most caged specie of all parrots due to being the most endearing and affectionate of all parrots. If trained properly from birth, they can form a lifelong bond with their owners. They are desired not just for their affectionate nature, but are also colourful and décor enhancing. This is why this pine-framed canvas on which is an evocative painting of a cockatoo bird would be a welcomed wall décor with which to stimulate a look of grand finesse. The painting features a cockatoo painted in a rich colour of deep blue perched on a log of brown coloured wood while staring backwards. The navy blue plumage is punctuated by occasional specks of white. There are 6 of these in every carton for great selling price points.
