This item has a hand finished textured surface. Each piece is unique and slightly different.
We've noticed this one - Framed Canvas Whisper - has been drawing a lot of attention because of its tactile finish and design style. One of the things that makes it so engaging is the hand-finished surface, with each coloured dot slightly raised, giving it a subtle and unique effect that really captures light in an interesting way. It can bring a lot of depth to rooms without being intrusive, and has this sort of meditative quality about it when hung up.
We think it does quite well on walls that get some natural sunlight coming through, since the shadows and colours can play off the surface. But even in rooms with more low-key lighting, it brings enough texture to be interesting without becoming dominant or distracting.
Every canvas is 80x120cm so it's a really accessible option for all sorts of spaces too. The pine frame and paper backing make it robust but not heavy to mount, so retailers stocking furniture and wall decor items will find this one especially interesting.
