The wonder of water colours lies in its subtle hues and creation of form and depth with masterly use of shades. Here the simple usage of different shades of blue, and the stark contrast with the white background does the trick. Add this piece to your walls if you wish to build on the marine theme with more seriousness and see how the marine blue coloured artwork fits in like a glove. The framed art piece is square in shape and will be great for small and medium sized walls where it could be paired with pictures of other flora or fauna from the aqua world. Add it alongside more coral art-maybe along with coral sculptures for some company. The fan like shape of the coral gets vivid contrast from the white coloured frame and the width makes the picture seem very deep- and it is this creation of depth wherein lies its unique sort of beauty-as if the inky coloured coral is waving and swaying in the deep waters. A perfect ode to the beauty of the deep ocean. Being 50 cm in dimension, it could be placed on top of sofas or consoles and the fireplace-perhaps paired with other coral paintings.
