Glass Pelican
SKU: LD7059-1
We’re loving this Glass Pelican - it’s a quirky piece that’ll get customers stopping in their tracks. The see-through pouch with a little red fish inside really pops against that swirly blue, and at 18cm tall, it’s big enough to grab attention on the shelf but not so large it’s tricky to display. There’s something about the glossy glass finish that feels both playful and elegant - like it’d fit just as easily in a sunroom as on a mantelpiece.

We genuinely feel like the Glass Pelican is one of those pieces that could easily become a centrepiece in any room. And there’s something fascinating about the little splash of colour from the fish in its bill - it immediately draws you in, doesn't it? These are hand blown glass, so every single one really is unique. A bit of an oddity - but that’s a big part of their charm. The 14x6x18cm size is generous without being overwhelming, and the subtle blue - white marbled effect, along with the clear glass, makes this pelican surprisingly versatile in terms of interior styling.
Plenty of homewares fans are looking for playful pieces like this right now - we suspect it’s something about the nostalgia they bring or maybe just how interesting they are to look at. Either way - these could work for display shelves, bright modern offices, bathrooms with coastal themes… even as quirky art for a kid’s room. We’re confident they’ll get a lot of attention on display - both from children and adults alike.
