See what we mean? Subtle roughness on the edges, aged lines and ridges all throughout the silhouette, and a classic seahorse shape without making it feel too beach shack or “beachy” for modern styles. That’s kind of what drew us in with this series of animal hooks - they take vintage styles and scenes and present them through this minimalist, pared-down lens.
The muted seaweed green finish worn away on the tips really helps accent that weathered effect but manages not to seem forced or overworked. Some people have liked using these as mountable accents along entryways and for hanging up keys while others just put them together as part of a coastal gallery wall. They’re actually very comfortable to use if you’re placing these closer to tables; there’s more to grip onto when you’re putting stuff away so there’s less fiddling around with sharp hook heads here than with other options out there.
