Indian Green Water Jug
SKU: GA5611-1
A pop of colour for the table, a fresh way to serve up iced drinks and cool water at summer garden parties or just a fun accessory to dress up tablescapes - this Indian Green Water Jug has been a favourite with buyers lately. The tall, medium-to-large capacity body measures 12x19cm and is made from glass in a beautiful green hue; we love the subtle vertical ribbing all along the body and curved handle for easy pouring. The rim has slight scalloping that adds a decorative touch without being too over-the-top - we see these being great for everyday use and big festive gatherings.

Let’s be honest, a lot of homewares are more form than function. But we really feel like the Indian Green Water Jug is a rare piece that’s going to stand out for its look and practicality alike. It’s tall, it’s got that sturdy classic shape, and the green glass brings a bit of glow to any modern or vintage display - very on trend right now. We’ve stocked a few jugs over the years but this is one that grabs the eye right away, partly because of its striking, unusual hue. It can pour drinks for a family lunch or dinner just as well as it can hold a display of wildflowers in the middle of a table - nice touch for those retailers who like to help their customers imagine something for multiple uses. Made from quality glass, it’s best cleaned by hand as it’s not dishwasher safe. It’s about as simple and durable as you could want but with plenty of character - quite similar to what you see across those indie homewares socials that customers love to follow these days.
