Lamp Banded White

The art of turning wood is centuries old and is one of the oldest techniques used for the embellishment of furniture and other woodwork. Our simple Banded White Lamp is a wonderful example of the items we carry that continue that hand crafted art in beautiful reproductions. • The simple wide bell shaped shade is done in white, with a soft matte cocoa coloured band around the top and bottom edges. • Three turned spools of varying shapes and sizes comprise the body of the base, and stand on a round platform with decorative routing as clean simple ornamentation. • The white painted finish is very lightly distressed at some of the high points so the lamp has a lovely aged look.
