Lamp Coastal Tall

There's something about a handmade lamp that just brings out a relaxed, lived-in vibe. The Lamp Coastal Tall - one of our most recent favourites - really walks that fine line between modern minimalism and casual coastal energy. Measuring 27x27x59 and made from natural rattan with a linen shade, this piece is tall and has a presence to it. The base has this organic, rounded shape - it's got curves in all the right places, but they're not too dramatic. Instead of those sharp angles or loud colours you sometimes see in contemporary lamps, the Lamp Coastal Tall takes things back to the basics, focusing on earthy tones and clean lines. Now, what we've found with these lamps is that every one is different. Every base has its own personality because of how they’re hand crafted - imperfections and colour variations are part of the process (not technically faults), but they do bring out that comforting feeling of authenticity in the final piece. What we hear a lot about these rattan designs is how well they blend into different aesthetics without being boring or plain. Retailers who've tried stocking them have noticed it appeals to two very different shopper personas: that coastal fan who lives near Bondi or Byron Bay and anyone who's searching for unique homewares that aren't mass produced by generic suppliers. It does come with an AU plug socket installed already and will suit any E27 Bulb up to 60W (We recommend keeping it at 40W so you don't overheat things).
