Here’s a lamp that keeps coming up in conversations - Surfside. It’s been around for a little while, but it’s one of those designs we keep reaching for when it comes time to refresh showrooms and trade fair stands, and it always gets attention. For us, the shape of the base makes this lamp stand out. There’s an organic symmetry to its pattern and a sandy shade topped with a classic lampshade that somehow feels both coastal and urban at the same time.
There’s also something about the colour on Surfside. The base is light enough that it almost passes off as white but has an earthy tone that tones down the brightness. If your customers like things more symmetrical than fluid – this base is beautifully finished with repeating leaf-like shapes all around.
Surfside works great as an accent for seating corners or as ambient lighting for bedrooms. At 28 x 28 x 42 cm, it will comfortably sit next to beds, bookshelves and even on smaller side tables beside sofas.
