Not meant for the traditional-type, this lamp is an absolute statement piece. The deep red lampshade is smooth in texture and will give off a very faint glow of
light. The small size will allow the lamp to fit on nearly any surface while the unique base shape keeps it from blending in anywhere. The round, pleated shape of the base is modern and unique while the clear bottom is more traditional. The lamp definitely has its nods to tradition, but
the overall colour, style and feel of the lamp is modern and eye catching.
