Each piece is handmade and will vary slightly in size, shape, colour, and design positioning. This is the beauty of handmade items - no two are identical.
Let us introduce you to our Paperweight Bird Spottie - a handmade glass piece that's proven popular with retailers looking for items that stand out without being loud. At 11.5x6x8cm, this petite glass bird is the kind of home or office décor that attracts a second glance and maybe a smile too. Something playful and pretty, but still sophisticated in its form and colour.
Our artisans craft each Spottie by hand, which means every single one has its own quirks and character. Yes, the shape, size, and positioning of colours will be slightly different in every piece - that’s not a flaw, that’s the point. Handmade is special like that.
The flowing blue and white hues make it right at home in a contemporary living room, coastal-themed bedroom or even minimalist workspace. It’s more than just practical for paperweight duty - it looks good from every angle. And it’ll work on coffee tables, desks or display cabinets.
It’s easy to envision a customer picking up this little Spottie bird and admiring it from all sides (it has just the right amount of weightiness for that too). But maybe more importantly, it’s one of those unique pieces people will want to keep for themselves as much as they’ll want to gift it to others.
