Pelicans S/2

We’re always on the lookout for quirky coastal pieces and our Set of 2 Pelicans ticks all the right boxes. They’re absolutely spot-on for adding some light-hearted beachy personality to a home, office or gift shop display, with just the right balance of silly and sweet. At 11x7x22cm each, they have a bit of impact but don’t take up too much room on shelves or tables - we can already picture them at the front counter with sunglasses or keys hanging from their beaks. The thing about this pair is that there’s nothing else quite like them in Australian gift stores. One’s clearly dressed for a day on the boat (that little cap!) and the other’s ready to hit the sand in a blue polka dot bikini. We’ve noticed coastal lovers want homewares that are a little bit different to what they already own – this set fits right in with casual Hamptons, Aussie nautical or classic beach shack styles and it’s a great pick for Father’s Day, birthdays, or someone who just loves seabirds. That hand-painted finish has a gentle matte look, so they go nicely with all sorts of natural timbers, baskets, jute rugs or even blues and whites. Easy to clean too, as resin is a tough material that holds its colour well. And we don’t mind mentioning this – these pelicans also make an excellent conversation starter by themselves!
