Placemat Amazon
There's something inviting about a rustic woven placemat - we find they make even an everyday table setting feel a little bit more special. At 30cm across, our Placemat Amazon is a good size for just about any plate - and that natural corn husk and seagrass combo gives it a nice earthy presence that's easy to mix in with other textures. The subtle ringed design and fringe add some playful, boho charm, and we've found they sell well in both eco-focused shops and more mainstream stores looking for something cheerful and versatile.

We see a lot of natural woven placemats, but these Amazon ones still feel special. Yes, they’re round and the raw fringe is what everyone expects. But not everyone is doing this little banded pattern in such muted, fresh shades. The way the beige, green and cream work together makes a pleasant change from the usual earthy brown tones - it’s just a bit lighter and softer on the eye.
The 30cm diameter works well for most dinner plates. It just slightly pushes out a bit further than a small breadboard or charger, so there’s plenty of coverage for messier eaters too. In the past, buyers have used them as underlays for centrepieces or as boho place settings at parties.
Because we use corn husk and seagrass and each item is handwoven, there are little quirks between every piece in terms of colour, weave and shape. If your buyers love that one-of-a-kind feeling at home, these always go down well.
