Plate Harvey Cat

We have to say, this Plate Harvey Cat is the sort of piece that puts a smile on our faces every time we see it in the showroom. It’s quirky and, honestly, a little bit odd in the best possible way - cats lounging belly-up are a mood. This one is ceramic, measuring 23 by 16 by 12 centimetres, and the finish is clean white with just a hint of warm colour through the body for depth. Perfect as a gift for pet lovers or those keen on whimsical design. The finish on this bowl isn’t quite glossy but it’s not flat either. It sort of fits anywhere - kitchens, hall tables, shelves - any spot that could use something fun and functional. We can see people using this for snacks (maybe not soup - paws are better for crackers), bits and bobs in an entryway, or even somewhere to toss small jewellery and knickknacks. The plate is neutral enough to work well with most existing decor but that subtle texture does give it something unique you don’t find elsewhere. And it’s one of those pieces that catches attention straight away - just has personality without being too loud or busy. Quality-wise, there’s a solid weight to it. Feels robust enough to actually be used daily - not just on display for show. It’s playful without looking childish which makes it appealing for adult collectors or anyone after something a bit cute for their kitchenware line-up that isn’t run-of-the-mill. We’re really pleased with how these turned out and happy to answer questions from retailers about what’s worked well in shops when they want more details!
