Pot Stake Rust Lady Bug
Metals have been a pretty central part of our range for a while, and we’ve had this thought that the best sellers are usually the ones that combine a tactile experience with a sense of personality - not necessarily rustic, but certainly a handmade, individual touch to each design. Our Pot Stake Rust Lady Bug is probably the best example of this.
It’s got that classic ladybug shape - good antennae, big wings - but what makes it stand out is how delicately the painted-on rust is handled. It isn’t actually rust, but finished in that lovely shade of distressed brown-red on the body. And those cut-out spots are such a big crowd-pleaser because you get to see through to the greenery behind them. The spot pattern varies slightly from piece to piece because these are all handcrafted. It’s not technically a vase filler or even a table decor piece - it’s great for plant pots or in vases by itself. 49cm tall so it can stay rooted amongst denser foliage.
These do really well as gifts and impulse buys around checkout sections, especially during gifting seasons when people want things with personality and story.
