There’s a strong casual country feel to the Modern Denim 4x6 Frame, and we find it’s a wonderful mid-way addition between a modern look and that rustic farmhouse aesthetic. The two-tone finish will appeal to those who just want something that ties into anything from spring to winter decorations and - we feel - it’s a way for retailers to tap into that real farmhouse-with-a-twist trend without going overboard into rooster territory.
We’re really loving how this frame leans into its old school inspiration but doesn’t go too far. That denim blue matte paint at the bottom stays away from being too ‘blue’, and the sanded top half gives you an almost wood grain look without falling into that trap of looking like unpainted pine.
It’s simple yet effective, meaning it can work anywhere from the bathroom to bedside, the living room, or office spaces. We’re talking about 18x23x2cm on pine, glass, and MDF materials here.
