There’s a reason French jugs are such a sought-after find at antique markets. It’s hard not to be drawn in by those soft curves, the slightly elongated snout, and the big handles that pretty much ask you to come and pour yourself a drink. The Jug French White is no exception - it’s glossy, shiny, and comes in at 20.5x15x20.5cm (so, not a vase and definitely not so big that it’s just for those “decor” pieces). We especially like how some of these have slightly ridged bodies while others are smoother because of the hand finished process - they all reflect the light around them beautifully either way. We usually get asked about any chips or glaze cracks but these are part of the process too! The white is an interesting shade, not quite blue or off-white but still shining on its own. This jug is best handwashed - we can’t recommend putting them in the dishwasher as this tends to diminish the shine over time.
