Rain Gauge Turtles
The Rain Gauge Turtles are a bit of garden whimsy that draw the eye right away. Stacked three high, their cast metal shells and legs have a nice weight and weathered finish. It's got the usual rain gauge tube at the back, but honestly, it's so much more fun than your usual stick-in-the-dirt option. At 20cm tall, this one will hold steady in a big pot or tucked into flower beds where it'll get plenty of rainfall to measure. Kids stop and play with it every week here - can't imagine it won't get picked up quickly in retail stores too.

Sometimes the best selling products are the ones that make us do a little double take. Or even just pause and smile. That’s exactly what happens with our Rain Gauge Turtles. We know how finicky weather can be, and every garden or patio appreciates something fun that’s also a little practical. This charming piece is 8x6x20cm, built from sturdy cast iron, and finished in a rich neutral hue - it looks great next to planters or surrounded by greenery, but works just as well perched on a deck. The trio of stacked turtles brings out whimsical character and we often see these conversation pieces kept indoors by buyers who just don’t want to leave them outside all the time.
The built-in plastic rain gauge gives this sculpture an extra functional purpose, which makes it a no-brainer for homewares shops with outdoor or plant-loving customers. Quirky and hardwearing - fun for all ages (no one can resist this happy trio).
