Rain Guage Frogs
SKU: UL4060-1
The Rain Gauge Frogs is a bit of fun for anyone with a garden or even just a patio or balcony and it’s also a genuinely useful accessory. We’ve seen a lot of rain gauge models over the years but this one is the sort that’ll get people talking - the little frogs are a sweet detail and the base and stand have been hand-finished to look like stone and weathered metal so you can set this up outdoors without worrying about it sticking out. The measurement system works for both metric and imperial users, so it’ll do nicely anywhere in Australia, and at 7x6.5x20cm it’s compact enough that you can display them as part of an outdoor display or even just bring them out as a pop-up product around monsoon season.

We’ve stocked a lot of quirky pieces over the years, but our Rain Gauge Frogs are one of those talking points that people just can’t help but smile at. At 7x6.5x20cm, these stackable little amphibians are made from durable cast iron with a sturdy plastic gauge - so you’re getting something genuinely built to last, rather than another garden knick-knack that fades in a season or two.
The detail is pretty great. You notice it immediately, especially how each frog looks like it’s mid-leap. It’s playful but manages to still feel clever - nothing gimmicky about it. The rich, earthy brown really works with most exterior palettes and is perfect for someone who wants functional garden art without losing classic style. And it isn’t just for homes - these do well in community spaces, green offices, even schools where kids can come check the rainfall (something most parents probably would like them to learn more about anyway).
They’re always popular at gift stores and garden centres as well as general homewares retailers. We know this piece will bring a bit of joy wherever it ends up.
