Sign Laundry Drop Pants

Sign Laundry Drop Pants There's a certain charm to retro-inspired signs, and our Sign Laundry Drop Pants is all about that old-fashioned playfulness with modern quirks. Measuring 25x33cm and made of iron, this sign uses a light blue background and weathered faux-rust accents to set a tone that's tongue-in-cheek but still totally useful. The bold black text does away with all the flowery phrases, choosing instead to say exactly what needs to be said in a space dedicated to cleaning - 'Drop Your Pants Here', with '25¢ Per Load' in red print underneath. Pre-drilled holes make it convenient for mounting, and the entire thing is finished off with an illustration of women doing laundry in an era when this sign would have been right at home - which means now is just as good a time as ever.

We've been seeing an uptick in customers gravitating towards vintage iron signs - there's just something about them that really sparks a bit of nostalgia and brings a space together. This 'Laundry Room Drop Your Pants Here' sign is a great example of that. It's playful but also understated, and the washed blue is so easy to pair with a variety of colour schemes. The rounded edges are a nice touch and the light distressing along the edges means you won't have to worry about scuffing or scratching it.

The minimal white and black illustrations add to the subtle contrast, giving it a quirky retro feel that's never too much. And because they're all slightly different, no two pieces are ever the same. No one likes a boring laundry room and this is exactly what adds character to make it less of a chore. If your customers are looking for something different that has versatility, this sign will do just that for them - both at home or at work.
