This is for anyone who has ever wanted to put a candle in an urn. Or maybe just a really fancy glass. We call this the Votive/Hurricane XL White and you can probably tell why. It’s reminiscent of the old-world, bulbous hurricane lamps from way back when but there’s a contemporary edge to it that works really well in modern settings as much as it would in a vintage shop.
There’s a diamond patterned texture all over its glass body that is finished off in this semi-opaque, weathered white with hints of a copper bronze poking through which does add to the distressed effect. That antique bronze is also on the base and rim, with ornate leafy motifs and scalloping up top. When we say it’s unique, we mean it.
It measures 16.5x16.5x26.5cm so on the larger side and that makes it versatile enough to be used as a statement centrepiece or alongside other upscale accessories on your shop floor or in customers’ homes alike.
