If you are after something that just feels a little different to hang on the front door, this handmade Wreath Banksia Silvergum is something really special. We have seen these work great as part of an Australiana gift and homewares display - the vibrant pops of red from the native banksia berries are such an instant drawcard. And, there is always the bonus that these won’t droop or shed needles.
Some shoppers like this as a Christmas statement on the front door while others love it year-round as a classic modern Australian accent, so it really does cross over between seasons. It works beautifully with modern nature-inspired neutrals and is absolutely at home next to a jute runner or some big woven baskets. This is crafted from plastic and wire at about 45x45x10cm with wonderful detail in the banksia berries.
The hand-finished touch adds unique charm but it does mean there can be variation - some beads or glitter may dislodge - that’s normal.
