The Finch White Candlestick is such a subtle standout – if there is such a thing. We love how it manages to feel quite classic but also thoroughly modern, all without being fussy or demanding too much attention on a mantelpiece. It’s 10x10x20cm, which is right in that sweet spot for adding some height variation to a display. Or using as a centrepiece with candles of all sizes. The pale finish has this muted sophistication that fits right in with Hamptons, French Provincial or more minimal looks – we’re always drawn to that rustic brushed effect. Retailers who’ve picked up on the coastal trend are likely to be interested too.
It’s made from MDF and metal, so the weight is reassuring – not heavy at all, but it doesn’t have that hollow feel some budget pieces can have. When we first saw this one, we could immediately picture a trio set up together, that slightly mismatched symmetry is huge for modern interiors right now. It’s understated enough to suit any arrangement, but sculptural enough to work as its own little accent piece for customers who don’t want to go overboard with accessories.
