Chapati Board Small
There’s something so inviting about the rustic texture of our Chapati Board - it’s a natural wood piece that fits in well with all sorts of kitchen styles. The curved handle is great for rolling but also makes it work beautifully as a serving piece, and it comes in at 25.5x15x2cm so you get a fair bit of surface area without giving up that charming vintage quality. We’re seeing these pop up more and more in trendy kitchenware stores so it’s a good time to get ahead of the curve.

That’s a real favourite, the Chapati Board Small. It’s simple, really - a single piece of light natural wood with visible grain. A delicate, concave interior and a stubby handle that’s got that slightly curved shape for easy grip. What stands out to us is the surface. You get all the knots and patterns of natural wood, and a matte finish that still has some variation in tone because it’s hand-made.
And because it’s 25.5x15x2cm, your clients will know they’re getting an actual artisan piece - no cheap mass production here. We find what works in retail is a sense of authenticity, and this Chapati Board Small has got that down pat.
We always point out that there might be slight differences in colour, finish and detail, because each board is handcrafted and finished differently by a craftsman - but honestly (and we mean this) that just adds to the charm of it all.
