Doll Vase Mermaid
SKU: MA5106-1
We've got some truly quirky vases and then we've got our Doll Vase Mermaid - this is one of those rare items that's both fun and mature at the same time. It's a 11.5x11.5x16.1cm vase with a flared top, mermaid motif and a cartoon face that still manages to carry itself with sophistication - we put it down to the white and blue ceramic finish that looks like it's been borrowed from a museum gallery. This is an item that can work in all sorts of places but one thing we've noticed from experience is that it's particularly popular with urban buyers who are looking for a fun way to express their tastes without being too kitsch about it.

This item is handcrafted variations and imperfections will occur. This is not considered a fault.
We think our Doll Vase Mermaid is one of those rare pieces that genuinely brings something unique to the table. This whimsical vase is handcrafted from ceramic, measuring 11.5x11.5x16.1cm, and features rich blue mermaids and an octopus, giving it a playful yet elegant look that's not too try-hard. It's perfect for retailers seeking a conversation-starter for customers’ coffee tables, work desks, or store shelves. The stylised face and artful undersea motifs - those are hand-painted - blend well with both modern minimalism and more eclectic interiors.
One thing that really stands out for us is the individuality of each piece – no two vases are exactly alike thanks to slight variations in the handiwork. But that’s what gives it so much character. It doesn’t take itself too seriously - or maybe it does, but in a way that's fun. This is an ideal collectable for people who want something different to show off at home or add a touch of quirkiness to their spaces.
And the fact it’s practical as a vase just makes it even better - it's not just for show, although admittedly that is a big part of its appeal! If you’re after something original and functional for your shelves, we think this piece really delivers and has long-lasting visual appeal.
