Ships like these aren’t what you see everywhere, and that’s something we can appreciate. The string of LEDs is a pretty sight once switched on, especially at night - it has this soft, gentle glow that helps bring out the blue band running down the hull and anchors (see what we did there?) all the browns and neutrals in the sail and rigging. Some retailers have even paired these with mini-LEDs in similar shades of yellow - imagine them under wooden tabletops for a cohesive showcase.
And this thing’s more than a simple decorative centrepiece. At 30x7x30cm, you’re looking at a tall feature item that could be set up in offices or studies if not as standalone detail along console tables and mantles. Not only does it act as a unique talking point for many who see it - a rare find, this one - but it also brings out some of that warmth we all want at night.
