Our large whitewashed lighthouse is a fascinating decorative accent for any beach-style interior. It’s tall, at 49cm, with that beautiful tapering cylindrical shape and the kind of rustic finish you can really see up close. That texture is what we keep coming back to - the hand-finished whitewash brings out the grain of the MDF. There’s so much detail here in that rounded base, domed top, and those lovely little balconies with miniature posts. The black-painted window cut-outs, coiled rope near the top, and that ceramic fish charm create a properly handcrafted effect.
There’s heft to it too (at 15cm in diameter) so this isn’t just a display knickknack but something retailers could sell as more of a centrepiece - maybe as part of a larger coastal theme. Each one comes slightly unique since they’re finished by hand, so you’ll get plenty of variance across your collection. That gives some nice options for display arrangements too.
