How To Place A Pre-order

What is Pre-Order?

Pre-order products are products that have been confirmed by us for manufacture (we will be stocking these items), however they are not yet available in our warehouse for dispatch. The whole idea of pre-orders is to see what new items are coming in stock as well as seeing our best-selling stock that has been reordered. It is an easy way to secure your stock for the future.

As we have not had the opportunity to display at a Trade Fair for some time, we thought this would be a great feature (especially for that end of year Christmas rush) to plan ahead and give our retailers a chance to see what’s on its way to beat the crowds.

First and foremost, this Pre-Order stock will have an approximate arrival date attached to them. Please keep in mind that manufacturing and shipping conditions are susceptible to change, therefore these are approximate dates only. On our end we will ensure to update the arrival dates as we are informed by shipping companies and will remain transparent with our retailers throughout this process.

All pre-order items will be marked with a ribbon as such.

How does ordering work?

All Christmas pre-orders must meet your states minimum order value to be able to proceed. You can have a combination of pre-order items as well as in stock items (all selected from the Christmas category) to reach this minimum order value (i.e., NSW min is $500, so you can order $250 of pre-order items and $250 of in stock Christmas items). If you choose any items outside of the Christmas category, then these items must also meet the minimum order value to make a separate order. In stock Christmas items will be allocated to you and held until the pre-order items begin to arrive. Christmas pre-orders will begin dispatching from August based on current stock arrival dates. We will contact you as items start to arrive to discuss dispatch options.

If you cannot reach the minimum order value to place a pre-order, then you will be able to order these items as soon as they arrive into stock and mix these items in with normal in stock items to reach the minimum order value. Due to customers placing pre-orders earlier, we cannot guarantee supply of any items once they arrive if you have not placed a pre-order.

You will be required to provide credit card details at check out as you would a normal order. Please advise in the comments if you give permission for us to use this same credit card for any backorder items.

WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU AT TIME OF CHECKOUT. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ONLY ON DISPATCH.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Pre-Order details, please read over this email carefully to ensure you understand the conditions. If you have placed two orders at the same time one Pre-Order and one normal you will receive two confirmation emails.

AS ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE, THEY WILL BE SHIPPED WITH YOUR NEXT ORDER.

Similar to the normal ordering process once you place your order the stock is assigned to you.

In stock Christmas items will be allocated and held until the first shipment of your selected pre-order items arrive. If you have not chosen anything that is pre-order (i.e everything you want is in stock now) and you do actually want the stock sent now please place the order as normal and put a comment saying you want it shipped now.

Below are a few tips and tricks to ensure you can easily navigate our Pre-Order process:

  • Products labelled as pre-order will be marked with a blue Pre-order ribbon
  • Remember to continue to refer to website to ensure you know the updated arrival dates of shipments.
  • Please do not pre-sell our pre-order products. Arrival dates are volatile (especially around Christmas time) so to avoid disappointing your customers please do not make these pre-order products for your retail store.
  • Leave a ‘Month for Delivery’ at checkout, so that our team are able to contact you accordingly. (Again, this does not guarantee delivery within this timeframe, this will act as an administration guide for us).
  • Advise in the comments at checkout if you give permission for us to use this same credit card for any backorder items.
  • When the Pre-Order stock does arrive to our warehouse, please be patient with order processing times. Our warehouse staff will do their best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
  • Images used are sample images and product finishes and colouring may differ.
