That first glance always gets a smile - our Coastal Village Planter has a really fun nautical touch. Creams, navy and soft terracotta play off each other, and those hand painted details just draw your eye along the row of cottages until you reach the lighthouse. This is a conversation piece that works best as a standalone accent on an entryway table or kitchen counter. But we’ve also seen retailers use it as part of a larger coastal-themed collection with some really great results.

It’s the hand-painted details that stand out to us on this one. Little door knockers, life buoys, windows, doors – it makes you realise how much love has gone into this and it seems to show when they’re up in shops. They seem to draw people in a bit more than usual if that makes sense. Something a customer would want to pick up and turn over, run their fingers along it, really take a close look. With soft blue and terracotta hues that lean into a nautical yet subdued palette, the glossy glazed finish keeps things muted enough not to dominate or overwhelm any sort of room styling. It plays nice with others.
