Our blankie/rattle elephant is one of those multi-sensory comforters that parents keep telling us are hard to find. These 25x25cm blankies (excluding the head and tassels) are machine washable and come in a soothing b'' colour. Those pastel blue and silver ribbons are great for tactile stimulation, but it's the plush polyester body and embroidered face that makes these a go-to option for infant gift ranges.

We absolutely love stocking the Blankie/ Rattle Elephant. There’s something just really timeless about it and it’s certainly become a favourite for baby and toddler gift retailers, too. The tactile finishes, mix of different textures and soft features make this an adorable pick for nurseries, baby showers and welcome gifts for new mums and bubs. It measures 25x25cm, so it’s definitely a generous size for carrying, playing and cuddling. But there’s also the added bonus that it can be machine washed when needed as well. Just make sure to let your retail customers know not to dry clean it if they come in asking. It doesn’t shed much so you don’t get lots of fluff everywhere, which is another big plus! And we personally like the grey neutral shade as well - feels a little more genderless than most other toys or plush blankies in this category.
