Flute Jug - Misty Large

The Flute Jug - Misty Small is not just a simple jug. It is an amazing piece of art in itself. It may have a crude look to it, as if it was carved from stone but it has a porcelain shine to it, giving it the old, Athenian look a more modern and expensive appearance. The whole shape of the jug is slightly commonplace - the bottom is wide and then tapers to the mouth. But what makes this special is the flute like design on the mouth. This is possibly decorative but it also makes pouring drinks easier. Another design element incorporated is the petal-like carvings covering the lower third of the jug. A simple, C-shaped handle on the side is attached. It is painted a very light teal. It is so apparent that the craftsmanship was focused on when the Flute Jug - Misty Small was being made and this definitely deserves a spot in one's kitchen.
