Framed Print Lookout
Watch towers beside the sea were a very common sight in ancient times. They were principally built for the military purpose of serving as a lookout for possible invading ships and armies. It was also functional in helping lost sailors find their way home. Some naval watch towers still exist today, but their purpose has grown redundant since sonar technology has become readily available. As a result, this Framed Print Lookout is a dedication to the highly functional watchtowers that had saved countless lives in the past. The focal point of this printed artwork is a watchtower painted in a bright colour of red and white with two houses in the background and several ships on the sea.
