The Ginger Jar Protea is an exquisite looking jar that exhibits superior quality in craftsmanship and design. It is made in a dimension which measures 24.5 centimetres in length, 24.5 centimetres in width and stands at a height measuring 44 centimetres. It is made of top quality porcelain in a vertically inclined shape with both its interior and exterior texture being a smooth, shiny gloss.

Did you know that ginger jars originated in ancient China? They are easily recognisable as they are often made of fine China or porcelain material; usually having a lid that has a domed shape; usually having high shoulders and small necks/mouth or opening. Like the ancient Chinese ginger jars, this particular protea themed jar is also made using premium quality porcelain material, has high shoulders which ends in a small opening that is covered by a shiny domed lid. It is then ornately decorated with the image of a protea plant using a bright blue colour.
