The Glass Rope Ball XS Azure is a retail favourite for a reason. These floaters are crafted from azure blue glass and just look unique - nothing else captures the same sort of maritime or beachy vibe in 10x10cm, or at least we haven’t come across them at this price point. And yes, the blue is pretty close to what you would get on a short beach holiday - especially if you stack these in twos or threes like retailers have started doing.
The ball itself has a glossy finish that works quite well with the rope netting - it’s a balancing act really because too much shine and it ends up almost looking plasticky and anything less would rob it of that watery finish. It also comes with a little handle for hanging but you don’t really need to because these were designed to be multi-placement accent pieces rather than a wall hanging.
