The oars are tiny - barely large enough to fit across your palm and yet the tiny detailing on it will steal your heart. If you have ever loved the ideas of sailboats and rowboats - and all things that have to do with the seaside, this certainly is one of those features that you would not have missed. A symbol of the waves that boats ride on with its help - the symbol of how one can conquer the choppiest of seas - this pair of handcrafted oars made of wood is a definite means to bring its glory to focus.
The humble pair of oars perhaps has not got its spot of glory till now and here is a beautifully crafted piece from Lavida that brings alive its lovely shape, colour and form in the minutest of details. A hangable accent, it is all of 21 cm long, tied at the top of its stem, the string made of burlap adding to its shabbiness and the painted stripes all the more attractive.
