Our Lamp Fossil, at 42x42x68cm, is what happens when you want to blend a contemporary aesthetic with something handmade and natural. There’s that hourglass base - sturdy weight - but it’s been finished in this grey tone with white line patterns that sort of hint at something else. A fossil perhaps, like the name suggests. It definitely doesn’t look gaudy or garish as some patterned lighting can be, and we’ll be the first to admit that finding the balance between simplicity and detail is never straightforward.
