We never quite know what to call this kind of finish - rustic, farmhouse, vintage-inspired. There’s a long-standing appeal for jugs that feel collected and earthy, and our Med Jug Evergreen in 16x13x15.5cm ceramic is just that. A really charming rounded shape with a gorgeous flared rim finished off with a sturdy handle - works both for those who like stacking (or filling) their kitchen shelves with functional jugs as well as those who like an artisanal accent on the table.
We love how the creamy crackled glaze finish brings out the hand-finished character and pattern - lots of rustic elements. And, of course, every single one will be different because it’s made by hand - none of the cracks are considered faults and neither is any variation in colour or texture because that's really where all the character comes from.
Looks beautiful in farm-style kitchens or nature inspired settings but also tends to do well among younger shoppers hunting for retro finds. Planters have a plug at the bottom while regular ones are sealed inside so there’s some flexibility on where these fit into a display category for retailers too!
