The Planter Chooken Red is a finely finished decorative country accent which possesses a prepossessing pop o colours. The planter is tastefully crafted in the shape and rustic motif of a chicken using high grade ceramic materials before having its smooth textured body luxuriously lacquered in polychromatic hues. It is predominantly glazed in a bright shade of red but also possesses white and mustard brown colours.
Did you know that Chickens do not actually sweat? While their feathers help protect against cold weather conditions, to get rid of excess heat, all they have to do is breathe through both their mouth and nose and also flap or hang their wings in a loose fashion. It is this same domesticated bird that influenced the design of this Planter Chooken Red. The interior of the planter hole and neck is beautifully glazed in white while the rest of the body is lustre of bright shade of red dotted in white plus a mustard yellow beak.
