Planter Conch Shell
We cannot get over how lovely this Planter Conch Shell is in person. What’s great about this is that it has that Mediterranean flair - the soft pastel cement with the little bumps and swirls around the sides works well to make it stand out. The base itself has a much more natural, irregular finish than our standard planters, but we reckon this is part of the hand-finished look as it’s still perfectly stable and sturdy - just imperfect enough to draw attention to it without feeling forced.
It measures 15x11x7.5cm so there’s plenty of space for your customers’ smaller plants and flowers if they want to pop that in stores or offices. It definitely does have a nice rustic finish; we would be upfront with shoppers about there being some natural ‘imperfections’ in the texture, but this is part of its handmade charm. And the details at the bottom are also great for protecting surfaces with the three felt pads at the bottom and drainage hole in the centre - we’ve found that sharing this information up-front with shoppers helps get them more comfortable about potentially purchasing an item that might feel fragile or high maintenance.
