Did you know that turtles are one of the very few special creatures on earth whose gender at birth is determined by temperature? Did you know that prior to hatching, the temperature at which the turtle’s eggs are exposed to actually determine whether the egg would hatch as a female turtle or as a male? If it is low by a certain degree, it would hatch a male and if above a certain degree, it would hatch female. It is therefore this same magnificent marine creature that influenced the ornate crafting of this decorative Turtle Tub.
